Notice re: new .cn registration.
NetworkDomains.net wishes to advise that the CNNIC (China) domain registry has announced a hold on all .CN registrations from overseas registrars, including registrations through the Neustar provider.
As a result of this suspension, the ability to register .CN domains has been disabled and any pending registrations suspended.
If you have .CN domains, though, don't panic. All .CN domain services will continue to operate, including renewals. However, orders for new .CN domains will fail and we will also not be able to accept inbound transfers of .cn domain names.
At the moment, there is no timetable for the resumption of new registrations. We will keep you posted as new information becomes available.
